We take great care in ensuring that our creations meet the highest standards of quality, and we comply with Australian Consumer Law to guarantee that our products are free from faults. Please read our return and exchange policy carefully before making a purchase.

Jewelry Care & Natural Variations

Each piece in our collection is handmade to order, crafted with natural gemstones and pearls, making every design truly unique. As a result, slight variations in color, shape, and size may occur—this is the beauty of working with natural materials.

Our jewelry is delicate and requires gentle care. Normal wear and tear is not considered a fault, and we encourage you to handle your pieces with love. Jewelry is typically handcrafted and shipped within 1-3 working days. If you need an order urgently, please reach out to us before purchasing, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your jewelry, and while we do not offer refunds for change of mind, we are happy to provide an exchange under the following conditions:

  • Earrings are non-returnable under any circumstances due to hygiene reasons. Please check all details carefully before purchasing

  • Jewelry purchased under promotion or sale is non-returnable
  • Exchanges are available for bracelets and necklaces if the wrong style was ordered, within 14 days of purchase, provided the item is:

    • Unworn and in its original packaging

    • In perfect condition, with no signs of wear or damage

  • Customers must cover the return shipping cost.  Please post your item to us, well packaged in it’s original condition

  • To request an exchange, email support@kaebykirty.com.au with your order details and the item you’d like to exchange

Refunds

We take great care in crafting our jewelry, but in the rare event that you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us at support@kaebykirty.com.au within 14 days of receiving your order. Kindly provide clear photos of the issue for assessment.

  • If the item is found to be faulty due to manufacturing, we will repair, replace, exchange, or refund at no cost to you.

  • However, items damaged due to mishandling, exposure to harsh conditions, or accidental breakage will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return postage. We recommend using registered or trackable shipping, as we cannot be held liable for lost packages.

  • Once we receive your item, we will process your exchange or replacement as quickly as possible.
